We’re now offering a monthly payment option! Sign up for an annual membership but pay for your membership on a monthly basis instead of all at once.

Monthly Memberships are paid automatically on the 1st of each month, using the authorized credit card of the member. After the required initial (12) consecutive months following the activation date, membership automatically renews monthly, which may be ended with a (1) month notice any time after the initial (12) consecutive months.
Member Owned Cart Allowance: $25 per month discount, if electric cart and WB charges it $42 per month discount, if cart is gas

- Also, as a member, you are permitted to book Tee Times up to 7 days in advance, compared to non-members who may only book 5 days in advance!
- *TN State Sales Tax will be added to all Membership fees. (9.75%)
Membership Update
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of the members who have supported Willowbrook in the past and continue to support us today. The game of golf has grown tremendously, and Willowbrook has experienced membership growth of more than 60% since 2017.
As a result of this growth, we have reached our membership capacity while still maintaining our commitment to being open to the public. Currently, our revenue is composed of approximately 70% public play and 30% member play. Maintaining this balance allows us to continue providing the value and benefits our membership offers.
Effective immediately, all current members will be able to continue their memberships without any changes. However, any prospective members will be placed on a waiting list. New memberships will be offered as they become available, following a one-in, one-out system as current members discontinue their memberships.

- This policy change will not affect any current members.
- Junior Memberships are not impacted. We remain committed to supporting and promoting our local junior golfers. For details regarding the Junior Membership program, please contact or visit the golf shop.
We are looking forward to a dynamic 2026 season. The course is poised to be in the best condition it has ever been, and we’re excited to share another great year of golf with you.
